  • Shall the School District of Holmen, LaCrosse County Wisconsin, be allowed to exceed the revenue limit specified in § 121.91, Wis. Stats., by up to $3,850,000 per year commencing with the 2025-2026 school year and continuing through the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029, and 2029-2030 school years on a nonrecurring basis for the purposes of operational and maintenance expenses, including for educational programming and employee compensation and benefits?
